Welcome.

New here? We can’t wait to meet you.

We offer cycling, strength, conditioning and mobility classes.

No matter if you’re a seasoned studio-goer or this is your first time doing a workout class, we’ve got something for everyone. Here is everything you need to know before taking your first class!

Signing up.

Create an account

First things first, you’ll need to create an account with us. Use an email address you check regularly since all class communication will be sent to that address. Once logged in you’ll be able to book classes directly through your account, and guess what? Your first class is free!

Download our booking app

Download the Momence app to make it easy to book into classes and purchase a membership or class pack. Download on IOS or download on Android.

Book your first class

We offer classes 7 days a week. Check out our class formats and schedule and choose any class that works for you. Remember, it’s free!

Before you arrive.

Hydrate + Eat

Working out dehydrated, or on an empty stomach, isn’t fun. Make sure you’re drinking water before and during class, and plan to eat a snack up to 30 minutes before.

What to bring with you and what to wear

Strength or conditioning classes: make sure you wear shoes that will give you stability and that you can comfortably move in. Mats are optional for this class. If you’d like extra cushion during floor movements (kneeling exercises, planks or supine positions) we recommend bringing an exercise mat or yoga mat with you.

Mobility classes: shoes are optional! Most folks prefer to workout in their socks for this class. Exercise or yoga mats are highly encouraged for this class.

Cycle classes: our bikes require SPD or Delta clip in shoes. You may bring your own, or you can rent a pair from us! If it’s your first class, your shoes are complimentary.

As for clothes, wear whatever makes you feel your best for any of our classes! And don’t forget a water bottle.

When you get to the studio.

Arrive 10 min early

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class. This will ensure your coach has enough time to meet you, show you where you can store your belongings, and get you set up for your class. If you need modifications, make sure to mention them to your coach before the start of class.

Equipment

We provide dumbbells for our strength classes, dumbbells and slam balls for our conditioning classes and bands for our mobility classes. You’re always in control of what size equipment you use for your workout. New to lifting? No worries, your coach can offer guidance on what size weights to choose. Done this before? The workout of the day will be listed on the chalk board with recommended weight sizes.

Cycle Shoes

If you’re taking your first cycle class with us and you need to rent shoes, your shoes are complimentary! We have Shimano shoes that use Delta clips.

During class.

Our classes are beat-based

All of our classes are beat-based, meaning we use music to help guide the pace of the exercises or the cycling pace. However, proper form is our number one concern. If anything feels too fast we encourage you to slow down and go at a pace that makes sense for your body. When in doubt, always listen to your body.

Our strength and conditioning classes are not station based bootcamps. They are coach instructed workouts, meaning the coach and attendees all do the same movements at the same time. You’ll never be left wondering what exercise you should be doing or at what pace - we move together!

Have fun and work hard

We believe exercise should be enjoyable, most of the time ;). Our goal is to make sure you have fun and work hard.

After class.

Inquire about membership options

Don’t hesitate to talk with your coach about membership options and new client specials. We’d love to invite you back!
