Class Formats

bodySTRENGTH 50
Our signature 50 minute full-body, beat-based, functional strength training class. Following a mobility focused warm-up, your coach will lead you through music driven strength exercises intended to push you to lift heavy, improve form, and build capacity. This class uses dumbbells (5-55lbs), resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Previous lifting experience is not required!

bodyCYCLE 45
Our 45 minute rhythm and power-based cycling class. This class combines the best of both worlds: rhythm riding and metric-based resistance coaching. Track your wattage as you ride fast sprints, power up heavy hills, and dance your way through choreography at safe speeds. All skills and abilities are welcome.

bodyCONDITIONING 40
Our high-intensity 40 minute lifting class. This challenging, fast-paced, and power-driven lifting class is intended to work you to your max capacity. Following a mobility focused warm-up, your coach will lead you through a series of high intensity full-body conditioning exercises - yes we promise there are rest breaks! Those with limited lifting experience are encouraged to take our bodySTRENGTH class before attending this format.

bodyMOBILITY 50
Our slow flow, mobility-focused class. Improve how you move with this 50 minute mobility flow class focused on increasing joint range of motion and overall flexibility, improving balance and posture, building confidence in pain free movement patterns, increasing core endurance, and learning how breathwork impacts movement. All skills and abilities are welcome!

BODYPILATES SCULPT 50
This 50 minute, low-impact, mat pilates-inspired sculpting class, blends traditional pilates movements with light weight strength training for a full-body endurance workout that strengthens and tones the whole body.
