Our Approach

We believe the term "personal trainer" can sound not so personal. We’d rather call ourselves your biggest champion. We help you set goals, train hard, and perform your best, not just in the bodySTRONG studio, but in life. We do this with three main principles in mind:

Your Field

Every athlete has their playing field where the hard work is performed. Whether yours is your day job, caring for your family, running on the pavement, building strength in the gym, or putting miles on your bike - it's your field and we’re here to help you to perform your best there.

Your Goals

Athletes set goals, and we believe no goal is too small or too big. Whether you want to learn how to do your first proper pushup or you just signed up for your tenth marathon, when you train with us we set goals on your terms.

Your Strength

We want to help you be your best self, both physically and mentally. We coach you to find your strength in all the amazing things your body can do for you both in and out of the studio.

Meet our Trainers

    Natalie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. She’s been coaching for over a decade and has had a passion for sports and movement since the day she could throw a ball. Natalie played collegiate lacrosse and brings her experience in competitive athletics to her coaching methods.

  • Sahara is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a focus in dietetics. Her relationship with movement is deeply personal—what once felt intimidating, even a short walk around the neighborhood, has become the foundation of her passion. Sahara brings empathy and evidence-based strategies to her work, helping clients rebuild their mindset around movement and create sustainable, empowering routines that align with their values and goals.

    Her approach to fitness and nutrition is flexible, realistic, and rooted in education—focusing on helping clients make informed choices that support both their physical health and overall well-being, without rigid rules or restriction. Sahara values autonomy, self-trust, and long-term change, and is committed to guiding others toward a lifestyle that feels both nourishing and doable in the real world.

  • Lyn is a NASM certified personal trainer and CHI nutrition coach, specializing in body mechanics. After losing over 70 lbs post pregnancy she decided to turn her passion for finding balance in a body that she feels great in, into her career. She’s worked with busy parents, teens, athletes and beginners of all ages. Her goal is to show clients that building a body you love can be a positive journey.

    • N1 Biomechanics and Execution

    • CHI Science of Nutrition 

  • Cassidy is an ACSM certified personal trainer whose love for fitness began with her own journey to improve her health and lifestyle. After growing up inactive and following a typical American diet, she discovered strength training after high school and became passionate about holistic wellness. This inspired her to earn a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University, along with a Nutrition Consultant and ACSM Personal Trainer certification. She believes nutrition and fitness are key to overall well-being, and she’s dedicated to empowering clients to build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through personalized training and being a resource to them for holistic nutrition advice. She’s constantly learning through books, podcasts, and continued education, expanding her knowledge to better serve others. She strives to inspire others to enjoy taking charge of their health and finding simple solutions to promote longevity and balance in their life.

Let’s meet! Schedule a consultation to check out the studio and see if we’re a good match. Your trainer will have you complete basic assessments and programming.

Personal Training

$100+ tax per session

All of our training sessions are 60 min where you meet one-on-one with your trainer. Please note that we do not offer bulk pricing on sessions.

Semi-Private

Starting at $155 + tax per session

Want to train alongside friends? 60 min training sessions for two or three clients. Semi-private clients receive private access to the studio during their sessions.
